Body, feelings, thoughts and things: these aspects of our being can lead us to freedom from suffering or keep us bound to fear and confusion.
The Buddha taught that by meditating on
what is occuring, we can find release from the tyranny of ignorance.
This class will study and practice the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, using a text by Chogyam Trungpa and contemplative exercises to aid in experiential understanding.
