A summer retreat exploring "what is mind".

As always, the summer retreat will be an opportunity to dive deeply into the practice of shamatha-vipashyana.

During brief talks and exchanges in groups and dyads, we will explore together the nature of the human mind as presented by Buddhist teachings and the symbolism of the four dignities of Shambhala and their environments.

Several joyful dharma art exercises will be offered, and we’ll  care for our dear physical bodies with qi gong and yoga exercises, and some  moments out of doors  to contact the living energy of the natural world in  the fullness of  summer.

The retreat will take place in French.

Join us for one, two, three days, or the whole retreat.
