White Tara Sadhana: practice of compassion. Teachers: Gisèle Laberge, Elise De Coster, Manon Langlois

This practice takes place in French.

The White Tara sadhana is one of the most powerful compassion practices of Tibetan Buddhism. It is particularly used in times of insecurity, danger to life, and domestic or community disturbances.

Tara is a peaceful female deity, mother of all Buddhas. She soothes fears, calms anxiety and even suffering.

By doing this practice, we become White Tara, recite her mantra and direct a white light toward beings who need it, including ourselves. Identification with Tara allows us to contact and cultivate a warm space that already exists in ourselves and in others.

Includes: meditation, sadhana, teachings and exchanges
