Emptiness, space and energy

Through this course and practice group, we will study together these three fundamental principles: that of the emptiness of space and energy.

How they are embodied in our lives, our journeys and in our practices. Accompanied by certain texts of our lineage from Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, we will draw parallels between Buddhist teachings and Shambhala teachings. Observing how these principles manifest themselves within the psychic environments of the four dignities of Shambhala: Tiger, Lion, Garuda, Dragon.
