Explore Your Centre is a series of meetings, only on Zoom, modeled on a monthly TV program, that invites you to explore the depths of our lineage in the company of our teachers and leaders.
Each month, our animator invites inspiring people and chosen specialists around a specific subject concerning our Center and the Shambhala lineage. A few people are invited to each program and take part in the debate. People in Zoom cannot intervene, for technical reasons.
Explore Your Centre will accompany you on your spiritual journey, enlightening your mind and inspiring your heart, an original perspective on the fundamental principles of Buddhism, connecting these thousand-year-old teachings with the challenges and aspirations of our modern times. With a friendly tone, we will explore various teachings from our Buddhist masters and the practical applications this can have in our daily lives.
