Spring Retreat

This spring retreat is offered as a precious opportunity to slow down and  sense the energy of winter as it yields to spring, within and without.  

The change of seasons evokes our profound connection with the  world: we notice a different quality of light, the swelling buds, sweet gentle breezes, more vivid sounds…when we open to this living world of which we are a part, the mind expands and becomes more vast, the heart more tender. A subtle and joyous communication  arises naturally.
